BELFOR Holdings is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Troy, MI site. You will answer emergency calls, collect required data, and coordinate with field offices to mobilize personnel.
Two-week training during standard business hours is provided. This on-site role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime. Shifts include every other weekend and three holidays per year.
