Job Responsibilities

• Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications
• Input information into scheduling software for accurate estimating
• Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves
• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
• Complete paperwork and payment collection
• Communicate professionally in English

Job Requirements

• Strong computer skills, Microsoft office experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, previous sales experience highly preferred!
• Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs
• HS diploma or equivalent

Job Pay

• Ranges from $14.00/hour - $17.00/hour
• Will be able to earn commission from every move booked!
