• Higher‑end PPO and select fee‑for‑service patient populations
• Modern technology, including digital scanners, CBCT, same‑day dentistry, and digital workflows (varies by location)

• Strong clinical autonomy and support

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 3+ years of experience preferred
