We are seeking a patient-centered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Redwood Dental in Troy. With over 20 years serving the Troy community, our office is known for its warm, family-like atmosphere and exceptional patient care.

• Provide preventive dental care, periodontal therapy, and routine cleanings
• Perform oral health assessments and screenings
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Educate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and healthy lifestyle habits
• Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

• Current Michigan RDH license
• Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide certification

• A hygienist who is confident in their skills and abilities
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain periodontal disease and oral health to patients
• Ability to maximize appointment time while delivering thorough, high-quality care
• Comfort in educating patients and presenting findings to the doctor
• A professional who can help build a productive hygiene schedule while ensuring patients receive the care they need

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2 Saturdays a month: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• Tuition Reimbursements
  - Up to $10,000
