At NIVA Health, we’re expanding our services to include Primary Care within our innovative wellness clinics — and we’re doing it intentionally.

This is a rare opportunity for a physician who wants to slow medicine down, focus on patients, and help shape a care model built on trust, continuity, and clinical integrity — without the burden of running a practice alone.

As a Primary Care Physician at NIVA Health, you will:

• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care — preventive, acute, and chronic
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients within an established and growing clinic
• Work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and clinic leadership
• Contribute to shaping the patient experience and clinical processes for this new service line
• Focus on quality of care, continuity, and thoughtful medicine — not rushed volume
• Participate in a profit-sharing program, recognizing your role in the clinic’s long-term growth

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active medical license in the state of Michigan
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Interest in innovative or regenerative medicine is a plus (not required)
