The Residential Advisor/Tutor position is responsible for providing tutorial assistance to Upward Bound students based on academic needs; supervising and monitoring Upward Bound students while on campus; enforcing resident hall and program rules; planning and implementing evening activities; and attending staff meetings.
Minimum Qualifications- Must have completed a minimum of 30 semester hours with a minimum G.P.A. of 2.75
- Current Troy University student
- Math, science and/or English related course of study
- Previous experience in working with individuals who have succeeded in overcoming the disadvantages of circumstances similar to those of the population served
