Job Summary:
The Workship – Writing Center Tutor position in Instructional Support Services is responsible for tutoring Troy University students in writing improvement.
Please note:
Student positions are FICA/Medicare exempt only if students are enrolled in classes in the semester work is performed. To qualify for the FICA/Medicare exemption, you must be enrolled on a half‑time basis for the Fall, Spring, or Summer.
- Knowledge of APA Style, MLA Style, and/or other writing formats to help students avoid plagiarism issues.
- Online and in‑person tutoring experience.
Work Hours:
Varies according to Writing Center needs and student’s schedule.
