Graduation Analyst I
Location: Troy - T01
Responsibilities- Analyze academic programs in detail to ensure all degree requirements have been satisfied for undergraduate and graduate students, and confirm all paperwork is properly submitted and approved for academic achievement.
- Ensure international student academic requirements are met and coordinate with the International Office regarding 1‑2‑1 and 2‑2 students’ academic requirements.
- Assist in commencement ceremonies when needed.
- Answer questions related to graduation via phone or email.
- Assist the Graduation Center with any other duties assigned by the Director of the Graduation Center.
- Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of three years of work experience in higher education or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Troy University systems such as Datatel and Degree Audit System.
- Experience in advising, admissions, and transcript evaluation.
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Driving RequirementDriving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility.
