• Masters degree from an accredited program in school psychology or a related field
• Active and current Michigan school psychologist licensure
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school populations
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Conduct student assessments to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop targeted interventions
• Provide counseling services, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding academic, emotional, or social concerns
• Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support school-wide initiatives to promote mental and emotional health
• Maintain clear, thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
