Job Description

  • Wyandot and Algonquin Middle Schools with some work at Chippewa Valley High and Mohegan High
  • Works with the Chippewa Valley Coalition for Youth and Families
  • Full time day hours, generally confirming to school schedules
  • Follows school calendar, with limited summer work and occasional evening hours
  • $72,000 per year, annual increases
  • 3 year contract, does not offer benefits
  • Position is hired through EDUSTAFF
  • Start date is August 1, 2026
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology preferred. Will consider candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and experience.
  • Experience with working with youth, required.
  • Drug prevention experience, youth preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and sensitively within a diverse school community.
Duties
  • Delivery of group work services and drug prevention education programming to students.
  • Organize delivery of services in the school by community agencies.
  • Consultation with school staff.
  • Small caseload of at-risk students for intervention, parent outreach, referral to community agencies.
  • liaison with the Chippewa Valley Coalition for Youth and Families in support of Coalition prevention programming.
