Structural Engineering Co‑op – Fall 2026

We are seeking a Structural Engineering Co‑op for Fall 2026. This onsite position is located in our Troy, MI office and requires daily in‑person attendance; remote or hybrid work is not available.

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Each person is expected to help out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality product on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

• Performs assigned tasks under close supervision of the Department Manager or designee, receiving specific and detailed instruction.
• Basic computer skills, as well as Revit or AutoCAD skills, are a plus.
• Learns and uses department standards, methods, and procedures related to the field of study.
• Meets various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by the DM or designee.
• Occasional local travel may be required for client visits.
• Valid driver's license required; may be waived for international assignments.

• Students must be enrolled in an ABET‑accredited engineering program, majoring in Civil Engineering with interest in the Structural Engineering track or having completed structural engineering coursework.
• Rising Junior or Senior academic year preferred.
• Must be registered with the Office of Professional Experience Program or equivalent Co‑op office.
• Strong organizational skills demonstrated.
• Salary range: $20–$23 per hour, depending on year in school.
