With your extensive experience in the water industry, you will play a crucial role in tackling today’s pressing issues. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals to successfully design water treatment and pumping facilities.
You will guide clients towards optimal treatment strategies by leveraging modeling tools, conducting bench scale analyses, and managing pilot plant designs through to full‑scale design, construction, and commissioning of water treatment plants and pump stations.
In this position, you will work with both conventional and advanced treatment processes, including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, granular media filtration, biological filtration, membrane filtration, disinfection (ozone, UV, chlorine), and adsorption technologies. Additionally, you will play a vital part in our business development efforts by pursuing new projects and cultivating lasting client relationships.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.

Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplined teams on large projects with design fees exceeding $4M. - Industry
Experience:
Extensive experience in water treatment and process engineering, including water, wastewater, and reuse systems. - Planning/Design
Experience:
Familiarity in planning and designing water distribution systems, including pipelines, pump stations, and storage tanks. - Wastewater Systems: Knowledgeable about pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, and their interdependence with water systems.
- Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of drinking water supply, master planning, and various treatment processes and technologies.
- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Initiative: Self‑motivated with demonstrated involvement in professional societies or relevant activities.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the consulting engineering industry.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure is required.
- Relocation: Relocation assistance may be considered.
- Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
