Key Responsibilities

* Perform research and development for design of electronics for use in automotive applications

* Contribute to the definition, development and management of electrical requirements based on overall system requirements and domain standards.

* Define electrical architecture and develop standard circuit designs in coordination with global teams.

* Participate in quotation, development, testing and launch of electronics for smart actuation systems

* Coordinate the exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners for electrical hardware components (power supplies, filters, microprocessors, etc.), production integration and with customers regarding electrical design, verification and validation.

* Coordinate and lead team to deliver electronics Develop electrical designs according to Schaeffler standard development processes and procedures

Your Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: electrical/electronics/mechatronics.

* 3 to 5 years experience working on actuators, controllers, chassis systems or similar products in the automotive industry.

* Strong analytical skills

* Experience working in a global team environment

* Project management skills

* Excellent English language/communication skills

* Experience with new and emerging technologies
