• Quality Control & Inspection:
  Developing, implementing and maintaining methods to inspect, assess and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes and products
• Process Improvement:
  Identify areas for improvement in the production processes and lead corrective actions (CAPA) to reduce defects
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Preparing detailed reports by collecting and analyzing data and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (W/I)
• Compliance & Audits:
  Ensuring all processes comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949)
• Supplier Quality:
  Coordinating with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet company standards
• Root Cause Analysis:
  Leading investigations into quality issues and non-conformances to identify root causes and prevent recurrence

• Bachelor’s degree in technical fields such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent experience with six years automotive engineering experience Launch experience
• Experience in automotive Stampings, Welding, Mechatronics, Soft-trim (Textiles), Hard-trim (Plastics), Interiors, Appearance and Class A Surfaces
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) such as VDA, ISO, IATF within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Core Tools i.e., PPAP/CP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, GR&R
• Proficient in GD&T and 8D Reporting
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and data analysis skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power-point, Excel, Project) and Share Point
• Proficient with SAP
• Open to 30-40% travel
