• Lead the design and integration of the Exterior Roof System and related sub‑systems from concept to production.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure system compatibility and performance.
• Oversee system‑level validation and verification (DVP&R) activities to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop timelines and deliverables aligned with major program milestones.

• 10+ years of Design Release Engineering experience specifically with Exterior Roof systems and Body Sealing.
• Deep knowledge of CATIA, PLM systems, DFMEA, and GD&T.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Start‑up spirit with the ability to lead technical trade‑offs and build a team from the ground up in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and perform tasks on‑site as needed.
