About the Role

We’re looking for an Entry‑Level Environmental Remediation Professional who will help us solve real‑life challenges by supporting teams on projects that require field and laboratory work.
Key ResponsibilitiesBased out of the Central or Midwest United States (preferred locations: Cincinnati, OH; St. Louis, MO; Detroit, MI; Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; New Orleans, LA), you will assist project managers, scientists, geologists, and engineers in delivering environmental services on time and within budget for world‑class projects. Your tasks include field activities such as soil sampling, groundwater sampling, and remediation system maintenance;
preparing scopes of work for subcontracts; conducting data analysis on field and laboratory data sets; and creating technical reports documenting completed activities and results. Estimated time spent on field work is up to 75 %, with some out‑of‑town travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a closely related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Willingness to perform field work
- United States citizenship
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in one of the preferred locations or other Central or Midwest US locations based on project needs
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Previous internship related to your field of study
- Strong communication skills with all levels of management
- Self‑driven time‑management and organizational skills
- Ability to obtain 40‑hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training and current 8‑hour HAZWOPER refresher class, if required for the role
Base salary range: $58,656 to $88,000. Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, eligibility for deferred compensation plans, and a company stock purchase plan. Unlimited U.S. personalized paid time off, seven paid holidays, caregiver leave, and eligible roles may receive additional rewards such as merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and stock.
