Financial Reporting Analyst

Overview

LHH is partnering with an established, growing organization in the search for a Financial Reporting Analyst.

The Financial Reporting Analyst will play a key role in preparing financial statements, supporting external audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position partners closely with leadership, contributes to the month-end close, and supports both routine and complex reporting requirements.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assist with external financial reports and disclosures in accordance with GAAP.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting packages and variance analysis.
• Coordinate and support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests.
• Prepare annual financial statements and disclosures required for audits.
• Research and analyze complex accounting transactions and recommend appropriate accounting treatments.
• Maintain documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Partner with finance, operations, and leadership to gather and validate reporting data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred, not required
• 2+ years of relevant accounting or audit experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
