We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for reviewing and verifying loan applications, preparing mortgage loan files, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with all mortgage regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Review, verify, and process mortgage loan applications.
- Communicate with borrowers to collect required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated loan files.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely loan approvals.
- Manage deadlines to ensure efficient loan processing.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the loan process.
- Prior experience in mortgage processing and the mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of loan processing, underwriting, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Full‑time, on‑site
Compensation$65,000 – $100,000 annually (base salary plus commission)
Requirements- Must be able to commute to Troy, MI. Remote work is not available.
