Accounting Remediation
- Identify, request, and analyze relevant data to conduct thorough fact‑based assessments.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation of models and reports both individually and collectively.
- Utilize critical thinking to independently generate precise analyses.
- Compile findings into clear and concise spreadsheet templates and presentation materials.
- Independently carry out operational tasks, including developing tools/templates for client use and creating presentation materials.
- Review and enhance one's own work to guarantee it meets objectives, maintains logical flow, and is error‑free.
- Set up and utilize client tools/software to access necessary data.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing knowledge and insights.
- Approach every interaction as a valuable learning experience.
- Demonstrate experience in financial modeling and possess a basic understanding of financial statements, treasury management, and the interplay of accounts within the trial balance.
- Graduate from an accredited four‑year institution with a concentration in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not mandatory.
- 2‑4 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
- Experience in constructing integrated financial models and proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.
