This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Troy, MI. The MLO will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing financial information, working with lending partners, and closing mortgage loans efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in Loan Officer roles and expertise in the Mortgage Lending and Mortgage Industry
• Strong knowledge of underwriting processes and requirements
• Proven track record of providing excellent Customer Service and establishing long-term client relationships
• Strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Relevant certifications or licenses, such as an NMLS license, are required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
