Global Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Global Accounting Specialist to support core financial processes within a dynamic, global organization. This role will play a key part in financial integration efforts, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

Troy, MI - On-site

• Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience reviewing work of others

• CPA
• Blend of public accounting and industry experience

• Support integration activities for newly acquired entities, including policy alignment and financial analysis
• Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliation
• Analyze financial results and ensure reporting accuracy
• Drive improvements in ERP reporting and financial data quality
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and plant leadership to support business decisions
• Support ad-hoc finance projects
