- The Learning Curve:
Master the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac rulebooks through our specialized training program. - The Puzzle:
Analyze loan applications, credit reports, and appraisals to ensure every file tells a clear, compliant story. - The Guardrail:
Use tools like Lexis Nexis and MERS to hunt for risks and prevent fraud before it happens. - The Finish Line:
Work directly with broker partners to clear final conditions and get families into their new homes. - The Strategy:
Identify outside the box solutions to rework loans and find a path to Yes while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Preferred:
Associate s degree or 0-2 years of professional experience.
- This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Troy, MI office.
- Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
