Financial Manager, Corporate Finance
Responsible for accounting and financial controlling activities for an automotive supplier across the Americas region, providing a consolidated view of financial performance. Perform finance and asset accounting activities, identify risks and opportunities, and support financial optimization through recommendations. Establish and maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations, and monitor plant financial performance. Manage accounting activities for North American operations, ensuring accurate financials, compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and timely tax payments.
Implement and monitor financial procedures aligned with corporate policies, ensure site compliance, and develop finance protocols, including spending authorizations. Requires 10–15% domestic and international travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus 3 years of controlling experience in a plant environment. Experience required in finance management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, plant finance operations, month/year-end close, audits, regulatory compliance, manufacturing cost structures, financial analysis, problem-solving, trend identification, strategic recommendations, and Microsoft Excel for analysis, modeling, and reporting.
