Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Officer based in Troy, MI. The Loan Officer will work directly with clients to guide them through the home loan process, from application to approval. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating financial information, generating loan applications, performing underwriting reviews, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to build and nurture client relationships.
Qualifications- Experience with Loan Origination and knowledge of Loan Officer processes
- Understanding of Finance principles and Underwriting practices
- Strong focus on Customer Service and client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Knowledge of mortgage products, including VA and FHA loans, is preferred
- Experience with mortgage or financial software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Active NMLS License is required
- Pay: $15 - $20 per hour + Commission
