This role is designed for Loan Officers who want to spend more time structuring loans, presenting numbers, closing clients, and building their pipeline, not dialing nonstop all day with limited support.

Sales Support and StructureYou will be part of an in-office sales floor with daily coaching, accountability, team support, and a clear process built around production.
Responsibilities- Work live qualified transfers from Loan Officer Assistants
- Review client goals and financial needs
- Structure loan options and present numbers clearly
- Guide clients through the application, disclosure, and document process
- Follow up with active clients and protect the client experience
- Work closely with LOAs, processors, and leadership to move loans from application to funding
- Maintain strong communication and organization inside the CRM
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to convert warm opportunities
- High urgency and strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales floor environment
- Coachability and willingness to follow a proven process
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
