Choice One Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Community Development Mortgage Loan Officer in Troy, Michigan. This role will focus on originating mortgages for low-to-moderate income communities and develop partnerships with nonprofit organizations to support home ownership.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination, a strong understanding of FHA guidelines, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required along with an NMLS certification.
