We’re seeking a Director of Finance to own day to day accounting operations, drive financial strategy, and partner closely with executive and operations leadership across a multi unit retail environmen

s.Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and liquidity to support ongoing operations and growth initiative

s.Support FP&A, including long range planning, financial models, scenario analysis, and KPI development and monitorin

g.Contribute to contract review, vendor negotiations, and other key commercial decisions with clear financial insigh

t.Create and present concise, executive level financial reports and recommendations to guide strategic decision

s.Lead continuous improvement efforts within finance and accounting, leveraging technology and better processe

s.Stay deeply involved in core accounting areas: general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, inventory, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial reportin

g.Step into operational accounting functions when needed during transitions, peak periods, system changes, or rapid growt

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field requir

MBA or CPA strongly preferred (or equivalent advanced credential
