We are looking for a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. Lending Force provides quality leads, strong operational support, competitive loan options, and opportunities for long-term growth.

• Speak with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage options.
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage application and approval process.
• Collect and review required financial documents.
• Perform credit and income verification.
• Work closely with processors and underwriters to move loans toward closing.
• Keep clients informed throughout the process.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions based on client needs.
• Follow all federal, state, and company lending regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other company systems.
• Stay informed about mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends.

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license through NMLS required.
• Mortgage origination or lending experience preferred.
• Understanding of mortgage products and lending regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, mortgage software, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Knowledge of FNMA and Fair Housing guidelines is a plus.
