Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Compliance

Our business israpidlygrowing andneeds an experienced Controller to help with the continued development of financial systems,inventory management, and internal controls.

The Controllerwillreport directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Working closely withthe Chief Financial Officer,they will provide leadership and direction in the areas of accounting, corporate reporting,inventory management,risk compliance,finance and treasury.

This is a hands-on position which requires both leadership skillsas well asstrong technical accounting skills. The Controller will manage all finance and accounting activities to provide information, both financial and non-financial, to key stakeholders both in and outsideofthe organization.

• Perform all activities needed to complete aGAAP complianttimelyclose.
• Complete all required financial reporting.
• Lead and develop the existing accounting/payroll team.
• Ensuring theaccurateandtimelyprocessing of accounts payables, expense reports, accounts receivables, cash control, payrollprocessingand applicable tax compliance.
• Oversee the procurement and management of inventory at multiple warehouses.
• Assistin developing cash flow models and all related treasury functions.
• Work withtheCFO and relevant teams to complete annual budgets.
• Help increatingand reporting of company wide KPI’s.
• Participate in special projects.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, workproceduresand instructions.

• Bachelor’s degree in accountingor finance
• CPA certification
• Minimum of three yearspreviousexperience with inventory management
• Minimum of seven years of hands-on accounting and managerial experience
• Previous experience withmulti-state payroll processing and compliance
• Proven track recordin leadership
• Advanced Excel skills
