CLR; Customer Lending Representative

Duties of a CLR (sometimes known as a junior loan officer or customer lending representative)

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries.
• Pre-Approve potential clients.
• Handle Email, Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software.
• Preapprove clients with a series of 5 questions.
• Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record management.

• Previous experience in mortgage experience is a plus but not required
• Good People Skills
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with a computer and phone
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
