Build, register, and manage the One4

You operating budget in close collaboration with Global Finance teams and Business Group (BG) finance organizations. Partner with Group and BG CFOs to define cross-BG financial guidelines and support “total enterprise value” analyses for customers. Deploy, implement, and continuously refine One4

You RFI/RFQ financial guidelines and processes. Coordinate and lead quotation activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial inputs from all involved functions. Challenge and align cross-BG cost constructions, including individual BG inputs and consolidated views, to achieve required competitiveness. Ensure strong financial governance throughout customer acquisition phases, from early cost assumptions to final quotations. Support One4

You APM activities through Bus Com monitoring, in line with practices established within the Exterior BG. Assess financial risks and opportunities linked to customer proposals, supporting informed decision-making aligned with long-term strategy. Act as a key financial interface between engineering, operations, and commercial teams, integrating financial discipline into overall project and business planning. Profile :
Proven experience in both technical and finance roles within the automotive industry, ideally with exposure to OEMs and Tier 1 environments, particularly within Exterior and Lighting (Ext & LG). Strong background in quotation management, cost construction, and financial modeling in industrial or engineering-driven environments. Understanding or history of plant layout, manufacturing equipment and processes, quality and efficiency. Experience or working knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and automation.

Solid understanding of RFQ/RFI processes, cost estimation methodologies, and financial consolidation across multiple Business Groups. Demonstrated experience in P&L management, operating budget planning, and financial performance monitoring. Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights that support competitiveness and long-term value creation. Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement. Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable operating in a matrix and cross-functional environment.
