- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of BCBAs to support children’s growth.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs and OTs, to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
- Monitor and document children’s progress, providing insightful feedback to the team and families.
- Engage children in therapeutic activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging environment that fosters learning and confidence in children.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices.
- Communicate effectively with families, offering support and guidance to reinforce strategies at home.
- Experience in implementing behavior intervention plans with guidance from BCBAs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs and OTs.

Compensation: $20 hourly
