Compensation

$20 hourly

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of BCBAs to support children's growth.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs and OTs, to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
  • Monitor and document children's progress, providing insightful feedback to the team and families.
  • Engage children in therapeutic activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging environment that fosters learning and confidence in children.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with families, offering support and guidance to reinforce strategies at home.
Qualifications
  • Experience in implementing behavior intervention plans with guidance from BCBAs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs and OTs.
  • Proven track record of monitoring and documenting progress to provide insightful feedback.
  • Skill in engaging children in activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive and encouraging environment for children.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively support and guide families in reinforcing strategies at home.
  • Willingness to participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated.
