As a Lead Ultrasound Technologist, you'll combine clinical excellence and department leadership while helping ensure patients receive the highest quality diagnostic imaging services.

What You'll DoAs a Lead Ultrasound Technologist, you'll serve as both a clinical expert and departmental  this role, you will:

Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations

Support daily workflow and department operations

Assist with staff scheduling and coverage coordination

Serve as a technical resource for ultrasound staff

Maintain and update ultrasound protocols

Monitor quality assurance and imaging standards

Support staff education and training

Collaborate with physicians and leadership

Assist with equipment maintenance and operational readiness

Promote patient safety and quality outcomes

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications Current ultrasound registry credentials

Advanced knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to prioritize competing demands

Commitment to patient-centered care Preferred Qualities Prior lead or supervisory experience

Multi-specialty ultrasound expertise

Strong mentoring abilities

Process improvement experience

Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and patient positioning

Ability to operate and maneuver imaging equipment

Ability to assist patients safely during examinations

Education, Certifications & Licensure Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound program

Current registry credentials

Continuing education requirements

Additional modality certifications preferred
