Recruiter

We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support hiring across Legal, Clean Energy, Engineering, Finance and HR environments. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent in professional, technical, and hard-to-fill positions while delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.

This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements across legal, Clean Energy, Engineering, Finance and HR industries.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, events, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for legal, technical, engineering, operations, and clean-energy roles.
  • Provide proactive communication and high-quality service to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Represent clients at job fairs, recruiting events, and community or educational outreach.
Qualifications
  • Preferred industry experience: Legal, Clean Energy, Finance, Engineering & HR
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
  • Proven ability to fill technical, professional, or specialized roles.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and results oriented.
