PositionSummary
Refloor is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and develop a team of three recruiters while driving scalable hiring strategies across 16+ markets nationwide. This role will oversee full-cycle recruiting operations for both W2 and 1099 workforce models.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking recruiting leader who combines strong people management skills, and data-driven decision-making to support a rapidly growing, multi-market organization. This is a hands-on position that will also actively recruit and train.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters
- Establish performance standards and productivity benchmarks
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and training sessions
- Build a high-performance, accountable recruiting culture
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for W2 and 1099 positions across multiple markets
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and expansion hiring
- Develop market-specific sourcing strategies
- Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience
- Metrics, Analytics & KPI Management
- Develop and manage recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and recruiter productivity
- Deliver monthly reporting to HR leadership and the executive team
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of supervisory experience managing recruiters
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience managing recruiting KPIs and team performance metrics
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographic markets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience supporting both W2 and 1099 hiring models
- High-growth, multi-location company experience
- Construction, home services, or skilled trades recruiting experience
- Leadership & Coaching

What We Offer
- Salary range of $75,000-$85,000 commensurate with experience
