The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified professionals for healthcare-related roles. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing job postings, conducting candidate outreach, and maintaining communication with clients and candidates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Troy, MI.
Qualifications- Expertise in Healthcare Staffing and Hiring processes
- Strong Recruiting and Candidate Sourcing skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proficient in building and maintaining professional relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the staffing industry or healthcare recruitment is an advantage
