Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions within a manufacturing environment. This hands‑on role will partner with leadership to support talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits administration, training and development, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, leave management, and employee records
- Coordinate training, leadership development, and employee engagement programs
- Support workplace safety initiatives and organizational growth objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, benefits, and compliance
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
