, you are the one who finds them. You won’t just fill seats; you will partner with leadership to build high‑performing teams. This role is for a proactive "hunter" who values candidate experience and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Own the lifecycle:
Execute the full‑cycle recruitment process from the initial intake meeting with Hiring Managers to the final offer negotiation. - Engineer sourcing strategies:
Move beyond "post and pray." Actively source passive talent through Linked In Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to build a diverse pipeline. - Evaluate potential:
Conduct high‑quality behavioral interviews and technical screenings to ensure we hire for both skill and cultural alignment. - Partner with leadership:
Act as a consultant to Hiring Managers, helping them define roles, refine job descriptions, and navigate market trends. - Champion candidate experience:
Ensure every applicant—whether hired or not—has a professional, transparent, and positive experience with our brand. - Drive data integrity:
Manage our ATS (Teamtailor) with precision, using data to track time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- Proven experience:
1–3 years in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced corporate or agency environment. - "Recruiter mindset":
Proactive, resilient, and possesses a "sales" mentality when it comes to closing top talent. - Tech‑savviness:
Expert in navigating ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools. - Communication mastery:
Interpersonal polish to represent AD Mortgage to top‑level candidates. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Foster a cooperative culture that promotes growth and supports employee development.

- Full‑time, office‑based position located in our Fort Lauderdale HQ or Troy, Michigan.
