Job Description

• Lead and manage all HR operations for a two-shift, 130-person non-union manufacturing facility as a standalone HR professional
• Oversee the full spectrum of employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) programs
• Manage end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
• Administer payroll processing utilizing the ADP platform
• Handle Workers' Compensation claims and manage Short-Term and Long-Term Disability programs
• Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and related leave management policies
• Design and deliver employee training and development programs to support organizational growth
• Foster positive employee relations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace culture

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR management experience required
• Demonstrated payroll administration experience is mandatory for this standalone role
• Manufacturing industry background preferred; experience in a fast-paced production environment is highly valued
