We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Recruiter. This role is responsible for facilitating full cycle talent acquisition initiatives at Cedarbrook of Bloomfield Hills, Cedarbrook of Northville, and Cedarbrook of Rochester.

• Provides high volume recruitment initiatives including sourcing and prescreening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the pre‑employment screening process.
• Facilitates onboarding initiatives including orientation for new employees both in‑person and online.
• Provides assistance with coordinating open interviews and job fairs.
• Assists with facilitating exit interviews and collaborates with the HR Director on developing and implementing employee retention initiatives.
• Provides Human Resources support.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Prior high volume recruitment experience required preferably in the Healthcare industry
• Previous experience working in Human Resources
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Compelling presentation skills
• Strong MS Office experience
