Wind River seeks an outstanding Senior Ecosystem Solution Architect to join our new elite AI and Incubation team. This pivotal role demands a rare blend of deep technical knowledge, strategic/business insight, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will drive the definition and creation of a joint solution between Wind River and our partners in the EDGE AI domain. You will report directly to the Vice President of AI and Incubation and work closely with the rest of the Product Management team in building our AI and forward looking business.

Travel will be required.

This role is mainly about managing our partnerships both from a technical and business perspective. You will be the key Wind River contact and at the center of the partner engagement for our EDGE AI product portfolio. It is multi-dimensional in the following key areas; partner product solutioning in both the ideation/definition/creation of a joint go-to-market product, technical requirement definition/management, demo/POC definition/execution, targeting customer and joint customer opportunities that bring value to Wind River, defining and negotiating partner agreements, and general partner management.

In addition, to EDGE AI products, you will position and provide support for Wind River s portfolio from Wind River Edge products to Wind River cloud products as required within the AI and Incubation team. Your efforts will enable our partner to better sell solutions that include Wind River products and vice versa.

You must have experience in software engineering with a strong focus in embedded systems and/or EDGE AI technology. You must be capable of understanding the partners  and end customers  problems and whiteboarding solutions using our product offerings and services. You should also know and have lived through commercial software project development cycles and have a good understanding of project management. Some amount of travel will be required.

In your daily job you will:

• Overall:
  Manage the partner relationship in all aspects including both technical and business requirements.
• Technical Leadership:
  Act as the primary technical expert and become the partner s trusted advisor and the Wind River solutions expert.
• Solution Architecture:
  Design and architect sophisticated, scalable solutions to solve critical business challenges and drive value for our clients and Wind River. Understand clearly the use cases that are applicable to each target customer.
• Listen and be sensitive to our partner s needs in terms of the joint solution. At the same time, balance their needs vs the value it s bringing to the joint solution to our customer and Wind River.
• Exhibit leadership skills during customer requirements analysis and creating technical solutions as well as identifying potential business opportunities.
• Define, negotiate and execute partner agreements such as NDA s, Contracts, Pricing, Customer agreements, etc.
• Provide consistent market feedback to Wind River.
• Remove technical barriers for Wind River solutions.
