Job Description

We are hiring L1 Technical Support Executives for an on-call/voice support process
. The role involves handling inbound/outbound technical support calls and providing first-level assistance to customers. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and basic technical knowledge.

• Handle inbound technical support calls professionally
• Understand customer issues and provide first-level troubleshooting
• Resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Log and update call details in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when needed
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Clear and confident phone etiquette
• Basic understanding of computers, OS, and troubleshooting
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work in shifts/on-call environment
