Role Overview

GETR is seeking an accomplished and strategically driven Global Alliances, Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Development Leader to lead and expand GETR's global partner ecosystem across enterprise product companies, SaaS platforms, system integrators, and emerging digital technology providers. This role will be responsible for building and managing high-impact strategic alliances that help deliver transformative change for our clients through best‑of‑breed digital solutions, AI‑driven automation, process optimization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Global Alliance & Ecosystem Strategy
  • Develop and execute a global alliance and partner ecosystem strategy aligned with GETR's growth, service expansion, and innovation roadmap.
  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with enterprise product companies, SaaS providers, and digital platform vendors across ERP, integration, automation, analytics, and finance transformation domains.
  • Identify, onboard, and scale high-value product and services partnerships that enhance GETR's solution portfolio and industry differentiation.
  • Responsible for the management of top-performing strategic partnerships to help deliver transformative change for clients in collaboration with best‑of‑breed digital solution providers.
Multi-Platform Product Alliance Management
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with enterprise technology vendors including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and leading finance and automation solution providers.
  • Collaborate with top SaaS providers to deliver AI-driven automation, digital integration, CFO transformation, and operational excellence solutions.
  • Support development of cross-platform solution offerings integrating ERP, finance, analytics, and automation ecosystems.
  • Drive joint innovation programs focused on next-generation enterprise transformation and digital process optimization.
System Integrator Partnerships & Strategic Collaboration
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with peer system integrators and niche consulting organizations to expand delivery capabilities, geographic reach, and industry specialization.
  • Develop collaborative delivery models, joint solution offerings, and co‑sell engagement frameworks with partner integrators.
  • Identify strategic alliance opportunities that accelerate capability expansion in new markets or service areas.
Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Development Support
  • Support inorganic growth initiatives including identification, evaluation, and integration of potential acquisition targets or strategic investment partners.
  • Conduct alliance-driven due diligence and synergy assessment for merger or acquisition opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop integration strategies for acquired organizations, including partner ecosystem alignment and capability expansion.
  • Assist in building strategic investment and joint venture partnerships to accelerate innovation and market expansion.
Team Leadership & Global Enablement
  • Build and scale high-performance global alliance and partner enablement teams.
  • Develop internal training and certification programs aligned with partner technologies and alliance strategy.
  • Establish governance frameworks to measure partnership performance, revenue impact, innovation pipeline, and partner satisfaction.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams across sales, solution architecture, delivery, and marketing to maximize alliance effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in global alliances, strategic partnerships, corporate development, or ecosystem leadership roles within enterprise technology or consulting environments.
