AboutThe Role
A rapidly growing, multi‑site organization is expanding its technology leadership team and hiring a VP, Enterprise Applications & Cybersecurity. This newly created executive role will define and lead the strategy for enterprise applications, data platforms, analytics, and cybersecurity governance while supporting modernization and scale across distributed operations.
You will partner with executive leadership to shape the next generation of enterprise systems, unify data strategy, and elevate the organization’s overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the enterprise application portfolio, including modernization, lifecycle management, and platform standardization
- Oversee data architecture, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics maturity
- Executive owner for cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
- Drive technology integration efforts for M&A, including system consolidation and data harmonization
- Partner with leaders across operations, finance, HR, supply chain, and corporate functions to align technology with business needs
- Lead and develop cross‑functional teams across applications, data engineering, BI, security, and administration
- Develop cloud strategy and modernization initiatives aligned with organizational growth
- 10+ years in enterprise applications, data platforms, software, or analytics
- 5+ years of IT leadership managing multi‑discipline teams
- Experience with ERP, POS, HRIS, Finance, or CRM platforms
- Strong background in data architecture, BI, governance, and analytics tooling
- Hands‑on leadership experience in cybersecurity GRC
- Experience supporting multi‑location or distributed operational environments
- Proficiency with Azure, SQL, Power BI, and modern cloud/data ecosystems
- Background in technology consolidation and modernization within growing or transforming organizations
Determining compensation for this role (and others) depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
