We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization undergoing major enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives. They are seeking a Senior Manager of EDI & Integration Services to lead enterprise integration strategy, middleware operations, API architecture, and B2B/EDI connectivity across a complex global environment.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving integration strategy, overseeing middleware and EDI operations, managing vendors and third-party partners, and modernizing enterprise connectivity across ERP, cloud, and trading partner ecosystems.

- Vendor and stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise integration strategy and roadmap planning
- Oversee IBM ACE, IBM Sterling, API Connect, and cloud integration platforms
- Manage global middleware and integration teams
- Drive API-first and event-driven architecture initiatives
- Support ERP, CRM, PLM, and cloud platform integrations
- Establish governance, standards, and operational excellence across integration services
- Manage third-party vendors, consultants, SLAs, and integration partners
- Partner closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams
Required Experience:
- 10+ years in enterprise integration and middleware environments
- Prior leadership experience managing integration or EDI teams
- Strong expertise with IBM ACE/App Connect Enterprise, Sterling, API Connect, or Cloud Pak for Integration
- Experience with EDI/B2B integrations and trading partner ecosystems
- Knowledge of APIs, SOA, microservices, and hybrid integration strategies
- SAP integration experience including SAP CPI or SAP BTP Integration Suite is highly preferred
- Automotive or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- High-visibility leadership role supporting enterprise transformation initiatives
- Targeting candidates comfortable operating across both strategic leadership and technical architecture discussions
