• Supply Chain Sustainability
  • Develop and lead initiatives to enhance sustainability within the supply chain
• Supply Chain Resiliency
  • Manage supplier mapping and maintenance to ensure robust and resilient supply chain operations.
  • Provide ongoing system administration and analytical support to the global SCM team and cross-functional stakeholders
• Oversee strategic projects with an initial focus on eRFQ and contract management processes.
• Assist with SCM finance reporting and support the annual budget cycle.
• Integration & ERP Launch
  • Provide support for IAC integration and new site ERP implementations as needed.
• Process Documentation & Audits
  • Maintain and update SCM process documentation, conduct internal audits, and develop training materials. Serve as lead trainer for SCM team initiatives.
• IT Systems Integration & Support
  • Collaborate on ERP, SharePoint, and custom application integrations. Provide helpdesk support and develop workflows to streamline operations.

• 5 Years Automotive Industry Experience (Required)
• Experience with PLEX (Required)
• Supply Chain / Purchasing Experience (Preferred)
• Controlled Document Creation experience (Preferred)
• Ability to Travel (Required) up to 20%

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or Finance
