Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards, retrieve and analyze data using SQL, and collaborate with various departments to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

• Develop, design, test, and maintain BI reports and dashboards.
• Retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout BI architecture.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business strategies.
• Create and maintain documentation for data processes, report configurations, and analytical methodologies.
• Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to resolve issues in dashboards, reports, or data.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Adhere to a set schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft T‑SQL and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness.
• Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• At least 3 years of experience developing and supporting BI reports and dashboards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience developing and supporting Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent task/project management tools.
• Business analysis experience.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.

• Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for keyboard, mouse and telephone use 7–8 hours per day.
• Speech and hearing sufficient for in‑person and telephone communication 7–8 hours per day.
• Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
• Sedentary position, ability to sit at a desk 7–8 hours per day.
• No substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
• Lifting and/or carrying small and/or large objects.
• Standing, reaching, kneeling, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling may be required.
