As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards, retrieve and analyze data using SQL, and collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights.

• Develop, design, test, and maintain BI reports and dashboards.
• Retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout BI architecture.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business strategies.
• Create and maintain documentation for data processes, report configurations, and analytical methodologies.
• Conduct data validation and troubleshoot to resolve any issues in dashboards, reports, or data.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Proficient with Microsoft T‑SQL.
• Proficient with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor and high confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• At least 3 years experience developing and supporting BI reports and dashboards.

• Experience developing and supporting Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent task/project management tools.
• Business analysis experience.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.

• Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
• Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
• Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor. Sedentary position. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
