As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Data, Modeling & Analytics Account Management Fico Strategy organization, you will be based in Troy, MI.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities for epics and change requests by gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, facilitating refinement sessions, and securing stakeholder approvals to support development readiness.  
• Support end-to-end delivery through user story refinement, sprint planning, process mapping, meeting documentation, desktop procedures, release summaries, validation support, and pre- and post-release communications.  
• Act as a functional subject matter expert and cross-team partner for consumer and business credit card line management strategies, while managing FICO-related requests, defects, research items, and backup support for the Product Owner.

*** Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
* Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
* Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
* Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
* Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
